Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. or more coconut (frozen coconut works best)
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat lightly. (Whisk or wooden spoon works best.) Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. After 25 minutes, cover edges of crust with foil.
