Chocolate Cake(Fat Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 egg whites
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
Preparation

Spray 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In medium bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, stir sugar and water until sugar is almost dissolved.
Add egg whites and corn syrup.
Stir until thoroughly blended.
Gradually add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan or wire rack.
Makes 16 servings.
