Fruit Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas, sliced
    3/4 c. diced oranges
    1/2 c. seedless grapes
    1/4 c. chopped dates
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. moist grated coconut
Preparation
    Combine fruits; sprinkle with lemon juice and chill.
    Add whipped cream dressing; toss lightly.
    Serve on crisp lettuce; garnish with coconut.
    Serves 4 to 6.
