Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    onions, garlic, celery, bell peppers to taste
    2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder or to taste
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 lb. crawfish, shrimp or crabmeat
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute seasonings (onions, etc.) in oleo.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Green onion tops and parsley may be added.
    Serve over hot rice.
