Soy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. fruit juice
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 medium chicken fryers, cut into serving pieces
Preparation
    Blend soy sauce, fruit juice, undiluted bouillon, garlic and ginger.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and marinate 1 hour.
    Remove chicken pieces from sauce and arrange in large oblong baking pan. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, basting chicken about every 15 minutes with some of the remaining marinade.
    Serves 6 to 8.
