Turkey With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 to 5 lb. turkey breast
1 pineapple
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. finely chopped ginger root or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
-
Place turkey breast skin side up on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer so tip is in thickest part of meat and does not touch bone.
Roast, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
