Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium tomatoes
    1 small to medium onion (preferably Vidalia)
    1 to 2 green peppers
    any other veggies (optional)
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
    1/8 c. sugar or to taste
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    In medium bowl mix canola oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, pepper, garlic and ketchup.
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and stir into mixture.
    Serves 4 to 6. Best when chilled.
