Country Style Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

1 cut-up chicken
4 to 5 slices bacon
1/2 medium onion, sliced
celery leaves
Preparation

Salt chicken; roll each piece in flour and place in roasting pan.
Lay 4 to 5 pieces bacon, onion slices and celery leaves on top of chicken.
Cover with water and bake 3 hours.
