Crab Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 cans potato soup
1 can celery or mushroom soup
2 large chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 stick margarine
1/2 gal. milk
2 large cans evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat, 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Do not boil.
