Master Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. dry milk
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar, sugar and dry milk.
    Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal.
    Store in covered container at room temperature.
