Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, salt and cocoa together; alternately add to creamed mixture with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and coloring, then fold in soda.
    Bake in two 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
