Bacon And Cheddar Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes (unpeeled), quartered
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. (4 oz.) natural shredded mild cheese
Preparation

Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan.
Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes. Add milk, dressing, bacon and garlic powder and beat until fluffy. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
Stir in cheese. Makes 4 servings.
