Quick And Easy Vegetables Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini slices
    1 c. sliced onions
    3 Tbsp. margarine or olive oil
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    grated Romano cheese
    pinch of garlic salt
    pinch of chili powder
    pinch of paprika
    pinch of cumin
    pinch of seasoned salt
    pinch of parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in margarine or olive oil, about 10 minutes.
    Add spices and tomatoes.
    Continue cooking over low heat about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Romano to taste.
