Blanche'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except stuffing mix.
    Put one cup of stuffing mix into bottom of 2 qt. casserole.
    Add other mixed ingredients.
    Top this with other cup of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30-40 minutes.
