Ingredients

1/2 lb. hot sausage
1/2 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar)
light rye bread (party size)
1/2 lb. mild sausage
1 jar Ragu pizza sauce
Preparation

Crumble sausage.
Fry until done and barely brown.
Drain on several paper towels.
Mix with cheese and spoon on party rye bread and top with a spoon of pizza sauce.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
