Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 diced avocado
    4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
Preparation
    Combine parsley, lime juice, salt and black pepper. Stir well with a whisk. Add remaining ingredients, tossing well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve over salad greens. Serves 6 to 8.
