Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium size potatoes, sliced thin
    6 slices bacon, crumbled
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. each: flour and sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and pare potatoes (remove eyes).
    Heat 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon to each cup water) to boiling.
    Add potatoes, cover tightly.
    Heat to boiling again, cooking 30 to 35 minutes or until tender.
    Drain; set aside.
