Perfect Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    3 slices day-old bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine ground turkey, bread, eggs, onion, green pepper, horseradish, salt, mustard, milk and 1/4 cup ketchup.
    Mold into loaf pan.
    Spread with remaining ketchup and bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Unmold and use pan liquid for gravy, or chill and slice for sandwiches.
