Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 lb. deer meat (1/2 wide, 1/4 thick)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.
    Place meat in bowl with mixture.
    All meat must be covered.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Place meat on cookie sheet by single layers.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Turn meat over 1 1/2 hours before done.
