Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar plus 4 Tbsp.
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and cream of tartar together. Cream butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and eggs.
    Add this to flour mixture.
    Make balls and roll in remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen.
