Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. broccoli cuts
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1 lb. grated American cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    2 qt. half and half
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and carrots until tender.
    Add the half and half and cheese.
    After cheese is melted, thicken with margarine and flour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
