Angel Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 envelope active dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, oil and buttermilk, stirring until well mixed.
Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
