Tarte 'A La Tomate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pie Pastry Shell
    1 lb. Gruyere Cheese, thinly sliced
    2-3 Tomatoes, sliced
    Salt and Pepper
    1 tsp. Basil
    2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
    2 tbsp. Margarine, melted
Preparation
    Bake shell and cool. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and drain for 30 min. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Put cheese overlapping, in pastry shell. Place tomatoes side by side on top of cheese. Sprinkle with pepper, basil and parmesan cheese.
    Dribble margarine over tomatoes. Bake on top rack, for 25 min., or until cheese is melted.
