Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    3 c. grated apples
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs until creamy.
    Mix dry ingredients and blend eggs.
    Fold in apples and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
