Special Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. horseradish or to taste
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes in boiling water to cover in a saucepan until tender.
    Bring the butter and cream to a simmer in a saucepan.
    Drain the potatoes and place in a mixing bowl.
    Beat at low speed until mashed.
    Add the cream mixture gradually, beating constantly until smooth and creamy.
    Stir in the horseradish, adjusting the amount to suit your taste.
    These are really good with new red potatoes with the skin on.
