Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix all; pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup margarine over top.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0; after 30 minutes baking time, cover the top with French fried onion chips and return to oven.
