Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    16 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
    1 small can Ortega chilies
    1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    In bowl, beat eggs.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt, cheese, bacon and melted butter.
    Blend, then stir in chilies and pour into well-buttered 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is brown.
