Vicki'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    3/4 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 zucchini, sliced
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute until brown the hamburg and rice in olive oil.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of water; cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Add the zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and parsley.
    Cook 10 minutes.
