corn flakes, crushed
salt
pepper
eggs
Preparation

Whip eggs until smooth.
Dip chicken in crushed corn flakes. Heat shortening or oil in electric skillet to 350\u00b0.
Use about 2 to 3-inches of shortening, melted in skillet.
Fry a few pieces at a time, until fork-tender.
Drain on paper towel.
Keep warm at 300\u00b0 in oven.
