Rice Sabrosa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. (16 oz.) canned tomatoes (Mexican flavored)
1 c. cooked white rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In an ovenproof skillet, saute beef, onion and green pepper with seasonings until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
Stir frequently to crumble meat.
Add tomatoes and rice. Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
