English Muffin Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 Tbsp. red crushed pepper (scant, not full)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 pkg. (6 each pkg.) English muffins
dried parsley flakes
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
Cheez Whiz
Pizza Quick sauce
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Thoroughly mix in large bowl the meat, onion, red pepper, black pepper, salt and garlic powder.
Brown and drain.
Split, butter and lightly toast muffins.
Spread each half with Cheez Whiz; top with sauce, meat, sauce again, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Easily frozen.
Cook 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 from frozen state.
