Potato Stuffed Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage, cut 4 times
    4 servings instant mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage pieces lengthwise almost through to bottoms. Spread open.
    Place cut sides up in ungreased baking dish. Prepare potatoes and stir in onions and mustard.
    Spread over sausage pieces and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered 15 minutes.
