Chris' Favorite Mini Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together the dry ingredients.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into mini muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.
