3/4 c. cooked and cooled long grain brown rice
2 1/2 c. Niblets corn
1 c. (Conchetta) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. salsa
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
