Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
This is a heavy sweet cake for strawberries, etc. (somewhat like a sugar cookie).
