Swedish Apple Pie(Easy, Quick, Yummy Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine or butter
1 egg
pinch of salt
apples*
sugar
cinnamon

Preparation

Mix the first five ingredients together with a fork.
Grease pie plate.
Peel and core apples (enough to fill to heaping); put into pie plate and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Spoon dough on top of fruit and bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown or about 1 hour.
