Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream
Preparation
    Put crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice in pan; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve lemon jello in 2 1/3 cups hot water. Stir in previous ingredients with jello; mix well and set in refrigerator until almost firm.
    Add 1 cup grated cheese and the whipping cream.
    Set until firm.
