Authentic Irish Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-sized cabbage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, cut fine
1/2 c. Minute rice
seasonings (salt and pepper)
1 egg
1 large can sauerkraut
1 large can tomatoes
1 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Remove core from cabbage (as much as possible).
Boil whole cabbage until it is soft enough to roll the leaves, but not fully cooked.
Leaves will peel off, one at a time.
