Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. butter
1 c. bacon or ham or sausage, drained and cooked
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
pepper and nutmeg to taste
Preparation

In blender, combine and blend for 1 minute the eggs, milk, Bisquick, cheese and butter.
Grease and flour a 9 to 10-inch pie pan.
Place in bottom of dish the bacon, ham or sausage, onions and green pepper.
Pour blender mixture over chopped items.
Let stand for 5 minutes before baking.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper over top and bake 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
