Fried Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. pancake mix
8 oz. 7-Up
additional pancake mix

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients.
Coat fish with pancake mix.
Dip fillets in batter.
Fry 4 to 6 minutes.
