Crab Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crab (*see below)
3 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion (1 large)
1/2 c. chopped pepper (1 large)
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Saute onion, pepper and celery in oil.
Mix rest of the ingredients together and shape into balls.
Deep fry until brown. Serve hot or cold with seafood sauce.
