Picnic Passion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix *
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip (thawed)
    maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium size mixing bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix.
    Let stand about 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except cherries.
    Fold together.
    Garnish, if desired.
    Chill until serving time.
