Ham Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
    2 c. ham cubes
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chopped onion and chopped pepper in 2 tablespoons fat for a few minutes. Add stewed tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add ham cubes and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
