Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can peaches, drained
Preparation
    Blend oleo and sugar.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Alternate flour mixture with 1/2 cup milk and oleo mixture.
    Lay peaches in bottom of pan (1 large can of peaches, drained).
    Pour mixture over top.
    In separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 3/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle over top.
    Pour 1 cup boiling water over mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
