Baked Red Snapper Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 red snapper or other firm fleshed fish fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream and dill sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Lightly dust with flour. Shake off excess.
    Place in single layer in lightly greased shallow casserole.
    Cover completely with sauce.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with forks.
    Garnish with chives.
    Makes 4 servings.
