Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up fryer or 4 or 6 chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Flour
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. butter or margarine
3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. celery salt
oil
Preparation
-
Brown rice and onions in butter or margarine.
Separately, flour chicken and lightly brown in oil.
Place mushrooms, rice, onion, and broth in large buttered casserole dish.
Add chicken, cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
