Pannekeeken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, flour and milk in a mixing bowl.
    Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk.
    Heat butter in 10-inch frying pan in oven while preheating.
    Add batter and bake for 25 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve like normal pancake.
    Serves 2.
