Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 large onion
    7 c. cucumbers
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 carrot
    1 stalk celery
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and spices to a boil.
    Slice cucumbers and chop vegetables; mix.
    Pour liquid over vegetables. Store in refrigerator in jars.
    Stir daily for 4 to 5 days. Will keep in refrigerator.
