Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
8 sweet red peppers
8 sweet yellow peppers
8 sweet green peppers
6 hot peppers (if desired)
6 onions
6 apples
4 Tbsp. salt.
1 1/2 pt. vinegar
Preparation
-
Chop or grind as fine as you can.
Let stand in warm water 30 minutes with salt.
Drain.
Add vinegar and sugar.
Heat and seal. Makes 8 pints.
