Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion, sliced
8 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut meat into serving pieces.
In small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat with seasoned flour.
